Anema e Core Sorrento 15063080EXT0486 is a beautiful villa of 250 m2 recently renovated and completely furnished located in Priora, a small hilltop hamlet of Sorrento, which can be found halfway between the sea and the mountains. This position ensures you privacy and quiet, which you couldn’t normally find in the town centre but, at the same time, it offers you a spectacular view of the Gulf of Sorrento and Naples and the imposing Vesuvius, which you can admire from the large balcony or from the dreamy roof terrace. It is also halfway from Sorrento and Sant’Agata so it’s easily connected as, from there, you can reach many other beautiful places of the coast, also by public transportation.
In Sorrento and in Sant'Agata you will find multiple family-run restaurants, grocery stores, supermarkets and pharmacies.

If you love hiking, you'll be pleased to know that from here you can take some of the many natural paths of the area, in fact it is even possible to reach Sorrento on foot along a path long about 3 Km.
In addition, not far from the property you will find the restaurant Il Borgo and Pub America, which are perfect if you are looking for something casual and traditional.

The road where the house is located is crossed by the main bus lines that connect Priora to Sorrento and a bus stop is nearby the house. Once in Sorrento, you can take the Circumvesuviana to go to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples or the hydrofoil from the port in Marina Piccola to go to Capri, Amalfi, Positano and Ischia.
This house can accommodate eight people and it’s the perfect solution both for big families and big groups of friends. It is equipped with all kinds of comforts in order to meet each of our guests’ needs: air- conditioning and heating, TV and Wi-Fi, free parking area for one car on the premises are some of the services we provide for this villa.

The services that are not included in the rate are:

-housekeeping, € 120,00 for 1 week or less.
-city tax, € 3,00 per person per night (from 18 years old) for the first 7 nights of stay.
This must be paid cash upon arrival. Cleaning is compulsory once a week, but, on request, it is possible to have it for an extra charge. We suggest arriving by car.

Villa Anema e Core 15063080EXT0486 is a bright and roomy villa elegantly decorated. The rustic style of the kitchen is represented by the furniture and a beautiful arch made of the typical volcanic tuff, which unites this space with the dining room, where you can also find an oven for pizza. The kitchen is equipped with all the furniture needed to prepare delicious meals in complete autonomy: fridge, oven and gas hob. The space is completed by a spacious living room with a sofa, a fireplace and a billiard table, four bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and a bathroom with a bathtub.
But the most attractive part of the house is the large balcony and the breath-taking roof terrace overlooking the bay, also equipped with deckchairs, which make of it the perfect place to relax and chill after a long day at the beach or walking around. It is also the ideal place where to enjoy the unique sight of a sunset in the beautiful blue waters of the sea.
